Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the implementation of therapy plans for students across K-12 grade levels.
- Provide direct speech and language services to students, including articulation, fluency, language, and social language skills.
- Support students in meeting Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records for student therapy.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure effective communication and success of therapy programs.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Florida SLPA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
